Zelenchukova musaka so shunka

  • 1 kg kompiri
  • 1 kesa zamrznat meshan zelenchuk
  • 300 gr pecurki
  • 500 gr sunka
  • 500 ml hopla ( pavlaka za gotvenje) + 100 gr mleko
  • susam,sol (vegeta)

    Kompirot izlupete go i isechete go na krugovi. Naredete go vo dlaboko tavche. Vrz kompirot naredete shunka isechena na krugovi, vrz shunkata isturete ja kesata so meshaniot zelenchuk ( morkov, grashok), povtorno naredete krugovi od shunka, pa naredete gi pechurkite odozgora i zavrshete so uste eden red kompiri isecheni na krugovi. Prelijte so hoplata i mlekoto, pokrijte so aluminiumska folija i pecete okolu 20 minuti na 220C. Potoa trgnete ja folijata, posipete susam vrz muskata  i vratete da se dopeche uste 15-20 minuti ( da dobie zlatana boja odozgora).
