Pastel de Gloria

Pastel de Gloria je tradicionalna spanjolska poslastica koja je tipicna za Bozic.
1 kg secera
500 ml vode
175 grzumanjka
400 gr griza
3 sipke vanilije
gotova marcipan masa

Priprema

U sepri zagrijevati secer i vodu dok ne pocne da vrije, zatim dodati griz, zumanjke i vaniliju (koju smo izvadili iz sipke). Sve to polagano mutimo i lupamo dok se ne dobije prilicno gusta smijesa pogodna za punjenje

Marcipan razvuci i izvaljati na radnoj povrsini pa okgurlom modlom (ili casom) izvlaciti krugove na koje stavljati po zlicicu fila, zatim zatvarati marcipan i formirati loptice

Peci na 150º C 5-10 min. Kada se ohlade posipati secerom u prahu
