Đuveč s bamijama

Sastojci
200 g bamija
600 g jagnjetine ili teletine
300 g crnog luka
beli luk
ulje
aleva paprika
biber
so

Priprema
Bamije prelijte vrućom vodom i ostavite da stoje 10 minuta. Nasecite meso na veće komade, iseckajte crni luk i ispržite ga na ulju.Dodajte meso i prodinstajte. Dodajte zatim oceđene bamije, zdrobljeni beli luk, biber, alevu papriku, so i lagano dinstajte petnaestak minuta. Po potrebi zalijevajte vodom.
