Sastojci
kore za savijaču
8 jaja
2 kašike kajmaka
250 g mladog sira
0.5 l mleka
100 g kukuruznog brašna
2 dl kiselog mleka
150 g butera ili ulja
so

Priprema
Dobro umutite jaja, dodajte sir, mleko, kukuruzno brašno i posolite po ukusu. Testo za pitu razvucite i prosušite. Isecite testo na kvadrate ili pravougaonike u veličini pleha i poređajte nekoliko kora, ali svaku poprskajte uljem i maslacem. Stavite pola nadeva, opet poređajte kore poprskane uljem, izručite ostatak nadeva i prekrijte s nekoliko kora. Pecite u pećnici 30 minuta. Gotovu pitu isecite na kvarate ili rombove.
