RIBA U SOSU OD BRENDIJA

kašika putera, 4 riblja fileta, 4 kašike brendija, 2/ 3 šolje kisele pavlake, 2/3 šolje pavlake, 3 kašike isceđenog soka od pomorandže, 4 kašike pečenih pistaća, iseckana kora pomorandže
PRIPREMA
Na puteru ispržite riblje filete, zatim ih stavite u posudu za pečenje, pa u toplu rernu. U tiganj sipajte brendi, kiselu pavlaku, pavlaku i sok od pomorandže, pa kuvajte dok se količina sosa ne smanji za pola. Kašikom prelijte sos preko ribljih fileta, pospite pistaćijima i iseckanom korom pomorandže.
