Meksikanska salata ( so pecheni piperki)

Potrebni sostojki:
1 kg.crveni peceni piperki, 300 gr shunkova salama, okolu 1/2 tegla kiseli krastavicki,1 konzerva pcenka
Podgotovka:
Piperkite, shunkovata salama i krastavicite se seckaat na dolgi tenki lenti (kako shpageti), se promesuvaat i se dodava pcenkata. Se zacinuva so sol, pa se pomesuva so 200gr pavlaka i 600gr majonez.
se sluzhi so pchenkaren chips.
Ovaa salata ima i svoja varijanta za post. Namesto shunkova salama se stava tuna, i posen majonez. (se razbira bez pavlaka)
